ePEP is a tool to complete the mandatory personal education plan for a child in care. It has developed into a virtual school platform supporting the requirements of local authority virtual schools to track and monitor attainment. Virtual school heads are responsible for targeted support using the pupil premium. ePEP allows SMART targets to be set, funding to be allocated and approved.
eGov Solutions works closely with many local authorities to improve and develop the ePEP platform. The continual improvement of ePEP is driven by the needs of virtual schools to monitor and track their children.
The expertise and knowledge of some virtual heads has been pivotal in developing ePEP. To make this engagement and support more effective EGov Solutions is setting up a strategy group to harness their collective experience to improve ePEP. This will develop the platform to meet the continuing education challenges all virtual heads face across the country.
